A property valuation expert constantly juggles visit notes, photos, documentary research and report writing. These tasks often live in tools that do not talk to each other: a notebook, a phone, a spreadsheet, a word processor. Every case means pulling everything together by hand.
In 2025, an expert in the field asked Brutux Studio to design and build a tool shaped around her practice. ProFlow now centralises all of that work: notes and photos on site, AI-assisted research, semi-automated and customisable report writing, and a case filing system that makes it possible to run several assignments at once.
Victor Michel led the project end to end: framing the journeys, designing the interface, then building the application with Claude Code and the BMAD method.
The challenge: The client knew her craft better than anyone. The challenge was not to invent but to listen and structure: turn an expert practice into a tool that becomes her main workstation, rich in features without becoming complicated, and flexible enough to respect the way she writes.
The project began alongside the client, mapping her day-to-day: the visit, the notes, the photos, the research, the report. Each step was described as it is actually lived, with its interruptions and back-and-forth, before a single screen was drawn.
A filing system for cases, documents and searches makes it possible to follow several assignments in parallel without getting lost. The dashboard brings together tasks, appointments and a pipeline showing where each case stands, from kick-off to invoicing.
AI-assisted research and semi-automated report writing save time without taking control away from the expert: she customises her templates, reviews and adjusts every report. The AI prepares the ground; the professional signs.
With every new feature, the same question: does the interface stay readable? These constant trade-offs kept the tool simple despite its functional depth, usable at the desk as well as straight after a site visit.
The application runs on Next.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL, built with Claude Code and steered with BMAD. The key journeys, on-site note taking, assisted research and report generation, were refined through the client’s feedback, in real conditions.
